Installation for a new warm roof system and four fixed flat rooflights to a rear extension in Broadstairs, Kent.

Project Details

This rear extension was previously used as a sunroom, our customer decided they would like the internal wall removed to make a dining room area within their kitchen. Our team installed a steel support and removed the existing polycarbonate roofing; we recommended a warm roof system to ensure maximum heat retention during the winter months. The customer wanted to incorporate four fixed flat rooflights, which really give a light and airy feel to the new room layout. Internal photos will be added once the on-going work has been completed.
